Returns & Exchanges Policy


Ordering pediped footwear from MATERNO usually goes well, and we predict you’ll be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, for any reason, we will be happy to offer a hassle free return of your purchase. Please contact us to let us know you’ll be requiring a refund/exchange and return the unworn item(s) in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

It is important that the items are returned to us in a resaleable condition, unworn, undamaged and with all of the original packaging and tags. Returns without adequate packaging including the original shoebox will not be accepted.



For an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible to advise what item you would like so that we can reserve your choice to avoid disappointment. If you would like some help in choosing a suitable alternative please contact us so we can advise on your options.

On receipt of your return we will post out your new item the same day at no extra cost to you (subject to availability) using the standard delivery service option.

The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility. However, if you are returning faulty items, we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty on inspection. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, but you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.


For a refund we will reimburse you the cost of the item, minus shipping costs (even when your order had free shipping), using the same method you paid with. For orders from the United Kingdom, the shipping cost to be deducted is £4.00. Please allow up to 10 days for a refund to be processed following our confirmation of receipt of the items.

Please note that items from the LIQUIDATION pages are non-refundable. Items may be returned for shop credit (unless specifically noted otherwise) and any sale items exchanged may incur additional delivery charges.


Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order without penalty within 14 days of receipt of your goods. If you wish to do this you will need to ADVISE US IN WRITING of this; simply returning your items does not count as cancelling your order. This will be treated as a return rather than a cancellation.

You are still liable to return the goods to us at your cost and risk. In this case, you must return your entire order and send it straight back to us with all packaging intact. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect even the original container (shoebox) against damage.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to deliver the goods to you, for example if we have insufficient stock. In this case we will contact you and try to offer an alternative where possible.

We will refund all money paid to us by you including any postage/carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract.

Business customers or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel an order without our mutual agreement.

Do you like any template? Apply its settings to your store — just select the template you like and press the «Apply» button of the desirable one. Templates can be switched at any time.
Applying a new template overrides the settings. Press «Copy» and paste it into any text file to save your current settings.
